What is TradePilotX?
TradePilotX is a software platform that combines live market intelligence, AI-generated analysis and a risk engine, then connects it to a brokerage account you already control. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, or investment adviser.
Does TradePilotX trade for me?
Only if you explicitly turn automation on. Even then, every order still has to pass the risk engine and your brokerage's own authorization — nothing executes silently, and you can hit the emergency stop at any time.
Which brokerages can I connect?
Supported U.S. brokerages connect through our brokerage-connection provider. TradePilotX shows the exact capabilities your brokerage reports — read-only stays read-only until your broker authorizes trading.
Is my data safe?
Brokerage connection secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted inside server-side code — they never reach the browser. Row-level security keeps every record isolated to its owner, and every risk or order decision is logged to an audit trail.
What does the AI actually do?
The AI reads the same market data and indicators you can see and produces a plain-language, auditable summary or score. It is informational only, can be wrong or incomplete, and is never a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
What's the difference between live and delayed data?
TradePilotX labels every quote and chart as Live, Delayed, Stale, or Unavailable based on what the upstream feed actually reports. We never estimate a value to make a gap look like real data.
How does pricing work, and can I cancel anytime?
Plans range from a free tier to Professional; prices are shown live on the pricing page. Billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I use TradePilotX from Telegram?
Yes. The Telegram companion gives you portfolio snapshots, alerts, AI insights and guided trades from your phone, protected by the same risk engine, authorization and emergency stop as the web app.
