TradePilotX Referral Program Terms

TradePilotX operates a member referral program (described here) and, separately, brokerage partnerships. Brokerage referral links shown in the product belong to TradePilotX. Any reward TradePilotX receives from a brokerage is not shared with members and never appears in a member commission ledger.

Eligible revenue is the amount actually collected on a TradePilotX subscription invoice paid by a referred customer, excluding tax, credits, discounts, refunds and any non-subscription charges. The commission rate is 15% of eligible revenue on those invoices.

Commissions are calculated server-side from verified payment events only. Figures shown in the app are read from the commission ledger; they are never computed in your browser.

When someone opens your referral link, the referral code is stored in their browser for up to 90 days. First touch wins: if they already carry another member's code, yours does not replace it.

Attribution is established the first time the referred person signs in to TradePilotX and is then locked. A referred customer can only ever have one referrer, and a single payment can only ever generate one commission — encountering both a website link and a Telegram link does not create a second commission.

Website and Telegram are channels of the same program, recorded for reporting only. Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you control, and referrals using codes that are inactive or unknown are not eligible.

Referral records progress through CLICKED, SIGNED_UP, TRIAL, SUBSCRIBED and CANCELLED. Commission records progress through PENDING, APPROVED, PAID, REVERSED and CANCELLED.

A commission is created as PENDING when a referred invoice is paid. It is reviewed and may be set to APPROVED after the refund/chargeback window. Nothing is approved or paid automatically.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or voided, the related commission is set to REVERSED and is not payable. If a referred subscription is cancelled, the referral is marked CANCELLED and no further commissions accrue; commissions already earned on settled invoices are unaffected.

Approved commissions are paid in batches. TradePilotX may require identity or tax information before paying, may set a minimum payout threshold, and may withhold or cancel commissions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or obtained via spam, paid search on TradePilotX brand terms, misleading claims or unauthorised impersonation of TradePilotX.

You may not present TradePilotX as offering investment advice, guaranteed returns or broker-confirmed performance. All TradePilotX risk disclosures apply to any material you publish with your referral link.

TradePilotX may change the commission rate, attribution window or these terms at any time. Changes apply to commissions created after the change. Commissions already APPROVED are honoured under the terms in force when they were created.
